Perfectly located on the north side of Myrtle Beach in an area just off the beaten path, this condo is minutes from either Broadway at the Beach to the south or Barefoot Landing to the North. With over 100 golf courses in the area, you are centrally located to go whichever way your heart desires. Freshly painted with pleasing tropical colors, you will feel swept away from your first foot in the door. The living area features a TV, DVD player, AM/FM/CD player and a couch you will just want to fall into. The dining room table will seat four plus there are two barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the accoutrements one needs for a gourmet meal or for grilling on the barbecue in an area set aside on the grounds. The master bedroom suite has a plush king sized bed, full bath and its own TV. The bright and airy second bedroom features two twin beds with an adjacent bathroom and shower. Should you need to do laundry while on vacation, there is a washer and dryer within the condo. There is also a screened in porch for relaxing on those pleasant summer evenings. Arcadian Dunes has all the amenities of a family resort and is just a short leisurely walk to the beach. Amenities include two swimming pools, one of which is heated, a whirlpool spa, tennis court, hot tub, picnic tables, covered gazebos and Harry the Hats Sports Bar and Grill. Super WalMart, Kroger, Tanger Outlet Mall and the famed Restaurant Row are all located right down the street. Please note that motorcycles are not permitted. Guests under the age of 22 must be accompanied by an adult. Check in begins at 3pm. Please come to 351 Lake Arrowhead Rd, in Myrtle Beach. Our office is open between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Please note that pets, motorcycles and trailers are not allowed. Guest may request early check-in or late check out times for a fee of 50.00 USD. If checking in after 5PM please call 1-800-845-0837. Please note that no key will be available unless full payment has been received.
