This professionally managed resort offers the amenities and comforts of home to discerning travelers. Summertree Village is a community of large, spacious two bedroom condos. Each condo has a full kitchen, living room area and screened in porch. The bedrooms are large and can easily sleep six. Each condo boasts its own washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Although Summertree Village is just a minute walk to the great Atlantic Ocean, the complex has a covered, heated pool where you can swim all year-round a nice refuge from the hot sun or the occasional Myrtle Beach sprinkle. Swim in the large outdoor pool or bask in the hot tub. Enjoy fine dining or visit the incredible outlet store complex just a few minutes away! Please note that pets, motorcycles or trailers are not allowed. The check-in office is located at: 9652 North Kings Highway, D-1, Myrtle Beach, SC, 29577. Check in begins at 3pm. Please come to 9652 North Kings Highway, D-1 in Myrtle Beach. Our office is open between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Please note that pets, motorcycles or trailers are not allowed.
