| For reservations 3 nights or less a 1-night deposit plus taxes,resort fee and applied to the first night of the stay. For reservations 4 nights or more a 2-night deposit plus taxes,resort fee and applied to the first two nights of the stay. |

| Cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 10pct of entire deposit or 30.00USD is assessed. If cancelled by 14 days or less prior to arrival date the entire deposit is forfeited. No refunds for early checkout. |
